We recently identified a problem regarding our file object storage
linking process, that affected a few distinct customers, where they were unable to read filemanager linked files
, while the actual uploaded file was indeed accessible. This has been now fixed for all the created links that the original file is accessible – if you have any further problems with linked files, please contact the support person, so that we can further investigate.
Filemanager
- Linked files have been recreated from source on behalf of the users
- Chronological ordering was used from oldest to newest, to make sure double or triple linked items find the original file
- Added safeguards to prevent cloud provider generating links that end up in
404 not found
results with linked items
