We are proud to announce we have gone LIVE with our latest release 23.2.0.0!

This release consists of 12 issues that are fixing and improving the usability of the system.
The update is based on customer requests, and it brings in changes and features enhancing the daily use of the AirFaas system.
We hope all users will find the new features usable. We keep on developing the AirFaas platform highly prioritizing our dear users’ feedback and discussions we have had.

We do not list all improvements in this announcement, but we compile a list of what has been achieved so some issues solved might have been related to same listed topic.

Reporting
– Incorrect UOM – Line reporting in trackers shows in RED if any UOM is incorrect and the system does not recognize how to calculate unit cost for the UOM.
Landed cost in Product main page
– We added new feature to be able to redefine products Landed cost. With this function users can define the Landed cost for part or all items in WH.
Company setup of customer and supplier
– Added field to define default Invoice type: Triangular
Task calendar improvements
– Clicking existing task in calendar opens the task into new sheet on browser
– Creating new task directly from calendar opens it into a new sheet on browser
– We added a task status filter to show Open, closed and In Progress tasks
– We added ability to hover over task to see more details about the task
– We added the function to choose time for the task as a drop-down selection
Invoice
– Invoice references shows now in the invoice list view
Shipment/receipt
– We added a link to go back to order directly from the PO/SO number in the line details of the shipment
We added missing PO/SO references into the shipment PDFs
RFQ mailer
– We added the ability to use editing abilities like lists, bolding, numbering and paragraphs in RFQ emails sent from the system
– We fixed the RFQ email links for registered users to access the RFQ directly from the mail
Nonconformity
– We added the ability to add pictures also to Customer complaint box in NC
