We are proud to announce we have gone LIVE with our latest release 23.5.0.0!
The update is based on customer requests, and it brings in changes and features enhancing the daily use of the AirFaas system. We hope all users will find the new features usable. We keep on developing the AirFaas platform highly prioritizing our dear users’ feedback and discussions we have had.

Reporting
- Sales and Purchase reports overview pages has been re-written and added several excel exports. Delivery accuracy has been moved to own sheet.
- Shipped data report – We have added total line sum to be seen in report form and excel export
Invoice delete function
- Deleted invoice will no longer be found with URL as before.
Warehouse BIN load speed
- Warehouse BINs now load quickly when entered. The Availability check button loads the products availabilities only after it is pushed.
RFQ status – On-hold
- RFQs can now be placed on On-Hold status and can be filtered also with this value.
Order list view filter – Approvals
- We fixed an issue with customer and supplier approval filters.
Supplier price lists
- We fixed the supplier price lists so that they work fully.
File sharing mails
- We added a message if the user is trying to access outdated file share link.
Part code view fix
- We made a small fix related to part codes staring with a zero. Now the system identifies these 0 starting part codes and their revisions.
