This release consists of 9 issues that are fixing and improving the usability of the system. We are currently shortening our release speed as we fix and improve critical aspects for our users. Order receipts and shipments

  1. Including order in receipt or shipment – You can now find the order with customer PO/SO reference.
  2. Landed cost – There was a small bug in calculating landed cost – We fixed it.
  3. Empty Bin finding – The showing and choosing of Empty BIN function has stopped working in previous release. We fixed it now.
  4. Receipt approval – You can now see the Receipts that are not approved when shipped by seller party in the receipt grid list.
  5. Not shippable parts – Not shippable parts are not making WH/BIN transactions in shipments and receipts.

Reporting

  1. Sales invoice reporting – Shows now Supplier Invoice number.
  2. Purchase reporting – We have added a filter to exclude Service POs from all main trackers.
  3. Intrastat reporting now also shows the Unit weight.
  4. Intrastat reporting now also shows Triangular.

Order PDFs

  1. In PO PDF the PO Nr. and SO Nr. is on top and the AirFaas Order ID comes last.

Order receipts and shipments Warehouse transactions fix

We took our time to work deeply on the shipments and receipts to ensure the warehouse transactions are working properly. This issue took a lot of effort from our dev team and therefore we come out with a smaller release this time.

  1. Shipments and receipts can now be done for multiple Warehouses and BINs per line
  2. All shipment transactions can be removed with one button – WH transactions will update accordingly. Also reports will be updated accordingly
  3. Orders received or shipped to or from wrong BIN can now be easily corrected and shipped again
  4. The system will show a pop-up prior to final WH transactions taking place also showing BIN QTY before and after the shipment

Reporting

  1. Small typo fixed in Sales and Purchase reporting
  2. If an item has been shipped to minus the warehouse report will now show the value in minus with the last average price of the item

Project – RFQs

  1. Batch size bug was identified and fixed. System will now be able to save batch prices with decimals

Order approvals on behalf

  1. Order approvals done on behalf of other party does not create automatic order # until other party goes and approves the order themselves

SO comments follow to Sales invoice

  1. Comments added into SO header will now follow to Invoice header.

Warehouse transfers – Linked item

  1. Warehouse transfers can now be linked to other items like SO, PO, Shipment, receipt, Invoice, etc.

Reporting

  1. Intrastat reporting – Reports show now the manually filled invoice number as well as other references.
  2. Product reporting – We added a report showing all transactions that have happened to the individual part. Per part or part revision. Can be used to identify transactions on individual warehouse and bin or all.
  3. Purchase reports – We added landed cost totals, per unit and average costs into the invoice report in purchase reports.

Project – Specifications

  1. BOM created in the specification section will stay expanded while modifying the BOM.
  2. BOM material quantities are now also shown in the excel export.
  3. Specification notes, info and NCs are now showing qty. in balloon on the specifications tab.

Cross reference in Invoice

  1. Sales invoice PDFs now also include the customer cross reference if in use.

Warehouse fixes

  1. Empty BINs are shown upon choosing the receipt BIN in BIN listing
  2. The BIN description is shown in inventory transfers for ease-of-use purposes.
  3. Warehouse BIN part list does not show by default Zero lines. By clicking button the zero lines can be made visible.
  4. Transaction log in BIN now shows the PO/SO or transfer references in log listing.

Automatic project linking for orders

  1. You can now choose a default project for a customer or supplier on the company page and that project will be added automatically to new orders manually created.

Product fixes

  1. Linked items – You can now Link a product to any form within AirFaas.
  2. Product tasks – You can now add tasks directly to products.
  3. 0(zero) revision part bug was fixed so the system can handle it just like any revision.

Orders

  1. Order PDFs URL links are fixed to redirect to SO forms or PO forms correctly.
  2. Sales shipment needs to be approved to be able to create sales invoices.

Company pages

  1. Companies need and offering categories are shown collapsed now

  1. Deleted invoice will no longer be seen in the search engine results after the index has been updated.

Warehouse BIN description

  1. BINs description is now seen in the Bin listing in each Bin more clearly.

Product – Inactive function

  1. You can now mark a product to be inactive. A product that is inactive can still be added into order lines, but you will see it clearly that it is inactive. Helps to choose the right version of a part to the order.

Order entry – References added to the action bar

  1. You will now see the order reference details in the right Action bar. This helps you to identify in which order you are if you are working with multiple sheets and orders simultaneously.

Order approval on behalf

  1. You can now approve the order on behalf of the customer or the supplier. If both parties have approved the order will be locked for modification. Order can still be unlocked.

Billing addresses in the order

  1. You can now define to suppliers and customers the billing address already in order stage. The information will follow through to the invoicing stage.

  1. Warehouse BINs now load quickly when entered. The Availability check button loads the products availabilities only after it is pushed.

RFQ status – On-hold

  1. RFQs can now be placed on On-Hold status and can be filtered also with this value.

Order list view filter – Approvals

  1. We fixed an issue with customer and supplier approval filters.

Supplier price lists

  1. We fixed the supplier price lists so that they work fully.

File sharing mails

  1. We added a message if the user is trying to access outdated file share link.

Part code view fix

  1. We made a small fix related to part codes staring with a zero. Now the system identifies these 0 starting part codes and their revisions.

We recently identified a problem regarding our file object storage linking process, that affected a few distinct customers, where they were unable to read filemanager linked files, while the actual uploaded file was indeed accessible. This has been now fixed for all the created links that the original file is accessible – if you have any further problems with linked files, please contact the support person, so that we can further investigate.

Filemanager

  • Linked files have been recreated from source on behalf of the users
  • Chronological ordering was used from oldest to newest, to make sure double or triple linked items find the original file
  • Added safeguards to prevent cloud provider generating links that end up in 404 not found results with linked items

Reporting

  1. Invoiced data report – We patched an issue that the invoice reports show always only the lines that are invoiced in all situations.
  2. Shipped data report – We improved the shipped data report to show only the lines that are shipped and not all lines even if qty. is zero. The report also now clearly shows if some shipped and invoiced lines are later deleted.
  3. Intrastat report – We added reference to the 3rd party invoice number to the Intrastat report.
  4. We modified reports to show also non-shippable items in all reports.

Landed cost manual update

  1. We fixed the system to be able to read comma separation values.

Nonconformity PDF report

  1. We fixed the report to not show deleted items in the report.

Invoice form

  1. Reference number – We renamed the manual entry field in invoice form to be called Invoice number
  2. Closing Invoice – We added function to close and save invoice that locks the Invoice from Editing
  3. Delete Invoice – We added the possibility to Delete an invoice that is not sent to a 3rd party system.
  4. Invoice date automated from shipment date- We added function that the invoice date is by default the shipment date of shipment. This can be manually changed to another date.

Warehouse BIN renaming

  1. We fixed the BIN numbering so it can be changed, and the transaction log would still show.

RFQ Project

  1. Comparing pricing – We added a new feature to allow you to compare quotes, internal estimated price, customer targets and supplier targets. This function can be opened directly from the specification by pushing Compare Quotations. Now you can therefore compare pricing even if there are no quotations made.
  2. Quote reference – We made it possible to add a reference to a quote after saving it for the first time.
  3. We added toggle to switch items sellable or shippable properties in the specification.
  4. We added RFQ status filter into RFQ list view.

Linked items

  1. We fixed an issue where you could not link certain items to existing transactions.

Service PO decimals

  1. We fixed the Service PO reports to show only 2 decimals.

Item availability

  1. We added an availability checker into the Warehouse Bins. You can check your total availability of items now directly when in a Warehouse BIN. By pushing other Bins, Open POs or Open SOs you also get a list with links to these items.

Task calendar improvements

  1. Task list – We added an end time filter to see only tasks prior to the end time date given.
  2. Task time dropdown – We improved the time choosing with a time picker and the ability to also add a manual time entry.

Customer shipment PDFs shows linked PO references

  1. We added automation to see in Customer shipment PDFs linked PO references if is applicable (Buy to order).

Include order in shipment order search

  1. We improved the search parameters for shipments where you add multiple orders.
